Data is transferred over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) between your clinic, PACSNet and patients.
Encryption at Rest
Patient images and study records are encrypted at rest with AES-256, with automatic key rotation.
Clinic Data Isolation
Only your clinic's signed-in staff can see your studies. Every request is checked against the user's clinic.
Study Activity Timeline
The desktop app shows when each study was received, uploaded, sent, resent and revoked. PACSNet also records when the patient last opened their link.
Access Code Authentication
Every patient link has its own 6-character access code. After 5 wrong attempts the link locks for 15 minutes.
Link Expiry and Revocation
Patient links expire 30 days after they are sent, and your clinic can revoke access at any time.
